The BEST Creamy Carnivore Alfredo Sauce

When I set out to make something, I want it to be the best and most mind blowing dish out there. This recipe for The BEST Creamy Carnivore Alfredo Sauce is not only SUPER EASY, it hits it out of the park and rivals fine dining restaurants - and I am not just saying that. It really is absolutely DELICIOUS! It has a creamy, velvet texture and flavour that will make your eyes cross... Or at least say "Mmm!"

**NOTE: If you are strict carnivore, omit the garlic and seasonings. If these seasonings do not bother you, enjoy!

This recipe is a definite crowd pleaser and can easily be doubled.

Supplies:

  • cheese grater

  • a medium saucepan

  • whisk

  • measuring cups and spoons

  • sharp knife and cutting board

  • rubber spatula

Ingredients:

**Note: If strict carnivore, omit garlic and seasonings.**

  1. 1/2 cup butter

  2. 2 cups heavy whipping cream

  3. 4 oz of cream cheese

  4. 1-2 cloves garlic, minced

  5. 1 cup grated parmesan cheese (can buy parmesan petals or grated parmesan at the store or buy the block and grate yourself)

  6. 1 tsp garlic powder

  7. 1 tsp Italian seasoning

  8. 1/4 tsp salt

  9. 1/4 tsp ground black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Over medium heat, combine butter, heavy whipping cream and cream cheese until melted. Stirring frequently to ensure it doesn't burn or boil over.

  2. Add all seasonings (if not strict carnivore) and whisk to combine.

  3. Add grated parmesan cheese and bring to a simmer while stirring/whisking gently.

  4. Cook for about 3-5min or until the sauce begins to thicken.
