In a world full of information (and inflammation!), how do you learn to NOURISH your body?  How will you know your body is nourished?


The word "nourish" is a verb, and verbs are action words.  The very definition of nourish, which means to provide with food or other substances necessary for life and growth; to foster the development of; to keep alive; can also be summarized by saying to NOURISH.

All of these definitions come from one simple word.  But what does it mean to nourish your body when it comes to food?  There are so many different ways of eating nowadays it can be difficult to determine the best course of action for your body.

Let's find out what nourishment your body truly needs in order to heal the ailments that currently hold you back from having a body you love to live in!


You have a goal. Heck! You have numerous goals!  You have them all written down in a book or on a thousand sticky notes in all the places you frequent. You have yet to achieve them. You ask, “Why am I here – why me? Why cannot I not reach this goal?"

Time is of the essence and is the one resource we cannot get back.  When it comes to adapting to a new lifestyle or way of eating, it is helpful to give yourself a period to adapt.  How long it will take is up to you, but ultimately accountability, support and encouragement along with the tools to succeed are all you need!


You have mastered your way of eating, achieved some success and are ready to take things to the next level.

While nourishing our body is critical, it is also important to mix things up once we are adapted to our new way of eating.

Fasting is a wonderful (and biblical!) healing tool that has been used for ages to help with things like stubborn weight, hormonal imbalances, body recomposition, low energy and so much more!

If you are new to fasting/intermittent fasting and are looking for guidance and assistance, this is a great place to start!


Heal.  There are so many ways to heal and so many things we want to heal from.  It can be from trauma, stress, eating disorders, auto-immune, infertility, hormonal imbalances, skin issues.  Whatever the ailment is, healing is available.

When you have nailed down your nourishment, adapted and possibly included fasting, you are well on your way to healing your body from the inside out.  This is an important distinction since the body will often reflect externally what is happening internally.
