Did you think that there wouldn't be some genius who would come up with a wonderful recipe that is carnivore/keto friendly? There is a genius out there somewhere!

This recipe for Carnivore Crêpes is SO easy and takes little to no prep time AND it only requires two ingredients. Check it out below! This recipe can easily be doubled, tripled or quadrupled.


  • frying pan

  • blender or bullet

  • rubber spatula


  • 4oz of cream cheese (half a pack), room temperature

  • 4 whole eggs

  • butter for greasing the pan


  1. In a blender or bullet, combine cream cheese and eggs. Blend until smooth.

  2. Preheat your frying pan over medium/high heat. Add your butter and when it is melted, pour in a small amount of the crêpe mixture.

  3. Cook until the top begins to appear cooked (about 2-3min). Carefully flip it and cook on the other side. (About 1-2 more minutes.)

  4. Place on a cookie sheet in a warmed oven.

  5. Stuff your crêpes with bacon and eggs and hollandaise or use as chicken wraps or top with heavy whipped cream!

Store leftovers in an air tight container for up to 7 days.

I have tried many carnivore crepe recipes and this is the best. Just can't make big crepes but pancake size crepes work fine.
